Thank you for the terrific customer service that Joseph provided today (8/2/11). As happened last year, today we needed emergency service at my Mom's residence as her air conditioner was not running properly. Since my Mom is 94 years old and in frail health, we needed service as soon as possible to prevent a medical emergency in this hot and humid weather. Joseph undersood the urgency and worked with the dispatch area to send a technician as quickly as possible this morning. Mike did a great job in identifying the problem and provided a temporary solution to get the unit running and the house cooled. The efforts of both Joseph and Mike were greatly appreciated by us long time customers!

During the horrendous heat wave, my parents air conditioning went out. My mother suffers from Alzheimer's and she was dehydrating quite quickly. This letter is to express man thanks to your technician, Dave, who came to my house to repair a non functioning air-conditioner, on a VERY hot and unpleasant day (6/6). My house was Dave's last call on what was probably a very long and busy day for him. Dave quickly diagnosed the problem as being the furnace blower needing replacement. Since Dave did not have the needed part in his truck, he could have just explained that it needed to be ordered, which would have been very reasonable. However, he immediately got a temporary replacement from his truck and installed it. I noticed this was a brand new part straight out of a sealed box, not a used part that he just happened to have. When I mentioned how appreciative I was, Dave said he definitely would not have felt comfortable leaving me without air conditioning since he saw that my 85 year old mother was living with me, and he knew that it would be difficult for her without air conditioning. I was not only impressed with Dave's good humor (so late in his working day) but with his thoughtfulness that created more work for him. I am so appreciative of this type of concern and service from your organization. I have always considered American Comfort to be a reliable, professional organization that has always been able to solve my problems at a reasonable price, but this consciousness makes Dave and American Comfort outstanding and definitely worthy of recognition. We have been customers since you were P J's Heating and Cooling. I just want to comment on the technician that did our a/c maintenance on 06/02. I can't remember his name but the tech number on the invoice is 600. He was in the small room with the a/c unit and had the door closed. When he came out he handed my husband a white gold ring I had dropped in there a while ago but could never find, it's worth $250.00. I just want you to know not only is he professional and pleasant but how honest he is. Dealing with people like him is why we stay with you.
